Little Kudos Kid's Club - Rules & Policies

Welcome to Little Kudos Kid's Club!

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask all guests to follow the guidelines below.

Thank you for helping us maintain a fun, family-friendly environment.

 

Play Lounge Rules

  • Reservation-Only Access: All visits to Little Kudos require an advance reservation. Please book your play session, event, or program online prior to arrival.

  • Adult Supervision: All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Please stay within sight of your little ones while they play.

  • Safe Play Only: For everyone’s safety, no running, rough play, or throwing toys is allowed. We encourage gentle play and kind behavior at all times.

  • Be Kind and Considerate: Help us foster a friendly community. Share the play equipment and be respectful of other children and adults. Bullying, pushing, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Shoes and Attire: Shoes are not permitted in the play lounge. Adults must wear socks, and children are required to wear grippy socks for safety. 

  • Food and Drinks: To keep our space clean, enjoy all food and beverages at the café tables only, not in the play area. This helps prevent spills and keeps the play area safe for crawling kiddos.

  • No Outside Food or Drink: Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside Little Kudos (the only exception is baby formula for infants and special dietary needs). 

  • Stay Home if Sick: If you or your child is feeling unwell or has had a fever in the last 24 hours, please visit us another day. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for all our families.

  • Follow Staff Instructions: Our team is here to help and keep everyone safe. Please follow any instructions from our staff and adhere to all posted signs during your visit.

  • Clean Up After Play: Please help us keep the play area tidy. Put away toys and throw away trash after use so the next guests can enjoy a neat space too.

 

General Policies

  • Payment Policy: Little Kudos is a cashless facility. E-wallet are accepted for all purchases, including entry, café items, and retail. We do not accept cash.

  • Parental Responsibility: Little Kudos is not a drop-off facility by default. A parent or guardian must remain on-site and supervise their children at all times, unless enrolled in a designated pop-in kids club program (available for an additional fee).

  • Lost or Stolen Items:  We cannot be responsible for personal belongings. Little Kudos is not liable for lost or stolen items, so please keep track of your valuables (phones, bags, strollers, etc.). Our Lost & Found bin is cleared at the end of each Friday. If you’ve contacted us about a lost item but do not pick it up by the agreed-upon date, it will be cleared along with other unclaimed items on the next scheduled Friday EOD.

  • Assumption of Risk: While we prioritize safety and cleanliness, indoor play is at your own risk. Parents/guardians assume all risks of injury and responsibility for their child’s behavior. Little Kudos is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during play.

  • No Smoking or Vaping: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises (this includes outdoor patio and entry areas).

  • Respectful Environment: We are committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment of staff or other guests, inappropriate language, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Little Kudos reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave for failure to follow these rules or for engaging in inappropriate or unsafe conduct. Our priority is to protect everyone’s well-being.

  • Policy Changes: Policies are subject to change without notice. We may update or modify our rules as needed to improve safety or operations. The most current rules will always be posted on our website.
